— Free pilot · No retainer
100 to 400 qualified sales meetings, no retainer
We build the outreach, get replies from buyers who are hard to reach, book the meetings with our own team, and then install the whole thing in-house so you own it.

— What it costs
No retainer. A free pilot, then you pay per meeting held
You are not buying our time or our activity. You are buying meetings with people who can sign. The pilot costs you nothing, and after it you pay per meeting held plus the modest cost of keeping the sending accounts and data running.
- A free pilot firstWe run the first campaign at our cost. You read the replies before you commit.
- No retainerNothing monthly for our time, whatever happens.
- You pay per live meetingAn agreed price for each meeting a real buyer attends.
- Plus the running costsThe sending accounts and data the campaign needs, charged at cost.
- No-shows are not billedIf they do not turn up, it does not go on the invoice.
- Yours at day 180We install it in-house and train your team to run it.
Illustrative. The pilot is free, and your price per meeting is agreed in writing first.
— How we reach them
We reach your buyers where they answer
You do not have to choose between email and LinkedIn. We run both against the same target list, and every reply comes back to one place where we answer it.

— How it works
Four steps, and only one of them is yours
You approve who we target and what we say. We do the rest, and you hear from us when there is a meeting booked.
The pilot
We run the first campaign free
One call to agree which companies are worth talking to, then we build the list and write the messages. The pilot runs at our cost, so you can judge the replies before committing to anything.

Then
You pay per meeting held
An agreed price for each meeting a real buyer attends, plus the small running cost of the accounts and data behind it. No retainer, and no charge for a no-show.
02 / 04
Ongoing
Meetings appear in your calendar
We answer every reply, book the people worth meeting, and hand your team a conversation that is already under way. You approve the messages and turn up.
03 / 04
Day 180
We install it in-house
Now that it is proven, we set the whole thing up inside your business and train your team to run it themselves. You keep the lists, the accounts and the playbook.

— Free quote
Get a free quote and ROI estimate
Answer four questions to see what hitting your meetings target would be worth. Send it over and we will come back with a price in writing.
01.How many meetings do you want over the next 6 months?
02.What is your monthly budget?
03.What is a customer worth to you?
Total revenue from an average customer, not the first invoice.
04.Roughly what share of meetings turn into customers?
What that is worth
One meeting is worth, on average
$4,000
20% of $20,000 — before you pay anything for it.
- Meetings over 6 months
- 200
- Customers won at 20%
- 40
- Your budget over 6 months
- $150K
- Revenue from those customers
- $800K
Whatever we quote per meeting has to come in under $4,000, or it is not worth doing. That price depends on who you are going after and how hard they are to reach, so we work it out by hand and put it in writing.
Worked out from the numbers you entered. It is an estimate, not a forecast or a guarantee — your real close rate decides the outcome.

— What we send
If it reads like marketing, it gets deleted
We do not use templates with your prospect's name dropped into a gap. Each message refers to something real about that specific business, in your voice, and it is short enough that a busy person finishes it.
A mass email
Hi [First name],
I noticed [Company] is growing fast. We help companies like yours and I'd love to jump on a quick call.
Are you the right person for this?
Written for that company
Hi Sarah,
Saw the Berlin site opened last month. A second warehouse is usually the point where your team stops being able to answer “where is my order” by hand.
Worth fifteen minutes?
An example, not a real client's email.
— What your team gets
Everything lands in your calendar and your pipeline
We read and answer every reply. Interested people get booked in. People who say not now get a note to try again later. Everything else is dealt with quietly, and your team only ever sees a booked meeting.

— What you keep
After 180 days, we hand you the keys
The lists, the messages that worked, the accounts we send from and the process behind them are all yours. After 180 days we hand the whole thing over and teach your people how to operate it. If you walk away, it keeps running without us.
If you stop working with us, none of this stops working.
— Questions
Before you book a call
What happens after 180 days?
We install the whole thing inside your business and train your team to run it themselves. The lists, the messages that worked and the accounts we send from are all in your name and stay with you, so nothing stops when we do.
We already do outreach in-house. Does this get in the way?
No. We run on a completely separate set-up from your own email, so your main address is never exposed to cold volume. Most in-house teams keep the warm and inbound side while we carry the cold.
What if it does not work?
The pilot costs you nothing, so you find that out before spending anything. Beyond it you are only billed for meetings that actually happened, plus running costs. That is the point of pricing it this way — we carry the risk of proving it works, not you.
What is the free pilot?
A first campaign we run at our own cost. You see the companies we go after, the messages we send and the replies that come back, before you have paid us anything. If you do not like what you see, that is where it ends.
How does the pricing actually work?
The first campaign runs as a free pilot, at our cost. After that you pay an agreed price for each meeting a real buyer attends, plus the small running cost of the sending accounts and data the campaign needs, charged at cost. There is no retainer for our time, and a no-show is never billed.
You only pay when a qualified buyer attends.
Tell us what you sell and who buys it. We will tell you what it would cost to book the meetings you want, and whether we think it will work.
